Yeah it's messed up how much garbage is out there, and how much they are woven together. We have a t.v. but we don't have satellite or cable. We stream what shows we want and that's it. I dont wantto pay

Streamed veggies are definitely on our plates much more nowadays. :) You're right though, there are diets out there that starve what the body needs. There are food groups that people will cut out completely
