I was so surprised at how much they can cost! I figured get a cheap one to be sure I'd use it. Then donate and upgrade if I need more. But, oh, the possibilities!

It was pretty scrumptious, if I do say so myself! I won't have excessive recipes, definitely a balance of content. But I'll be sharing more, for sure!

Isn't it amazing how great you can feel once you go vegan!? And seriously, I had tried to go vegan for years but it wasn't until Forks Over Knives that I finally transitioned!
