Las mandocas forman parte del plato venezolano, nos gusta la fritura y ésta delicia se hace frita, al igual que las empanadas, los tequeños, tequeyoyos, pasteles, papas, con la diferencia que estos últimos son rellenos con variedad de guisos, que van desde los platos criollos, cómo el pabellón, también calamares, pero el guiso más común y popular es de papa con queso, de carne mechada o carne molida. >Mandocas are part of the Venezuelan dish, we like frying and this delicacy is fried, like empanadas, tequeños, tequeyoyos, cakes, potatoes, with the difference that the latter are filled with a variety of stews, ranging from Creole dishes, like the pabellón, also squid, but the most common and popular stew is potato with cheese, shredded meat or ground meat.

Las mandocas son muy fáciles de preparar y los ingredientes los tenemos comúnmente en casa, está delicia también podemos hacerla como pasapalos para reuniones, compartir, para merender, desayunar o cenar. Para la realización de esta delicia necesitaremos: ✓Harina precocida. ✓Harina de trigo. ✓platano muy maduro. ✓Queso. ✓Azúcar. ✓Sal. ✓Aceite.

Cómo preparamos las mandocas, pues muy fácil, luego que le quitamos la concha al plátano lo rallamos por el lado grueso del rallador, al igual que rallamos el queso, una vez terminamos este proceso, iniciamos la mezcla de todos los ingredientes en un tazón, y mezclamos con una cantidad de agua de acuerdo a cantidad de mezcla que te tengamos. Los ingredientes varían de acuerdo a la cantidad queramos hacer, y la sal y la harina de trigo se agregan toques de acuerdo al gusto de la persona, a mi me gusta agregar una cantidad prudencial de harina de trigo,ya que le da un toque especial a la mandoca y la sal un poco únicamente! Una vez mezclados todos los ingredientes nos queda una masa compacta, lista para iniciar la elaboración de las mandocas. Se agarra un poco de masa en forma de círculo, la colocamos en una tabla de cortar verdura, Y con suaves movimientos verticales de alante hacia atrás, hacemos una tira de masa alargada y luego la doblamos y unimos una pinta con la otra, quedando lista la mandoca para freír. >Once all the ingredients have been mixed, we have a compact dough, ready to start the production of the Mandocas.
