Hello everyone. Today started with a bang. Even 28 degree weather didn't stop people from shopping for boats. By noon though it had slowed down considerably. I had a meeting after work so no workout today.

Most of the today there was a misting rain and ever so slowly dropping temperature. I got in a short workout at the gym before noon. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and then about 15 minutes on weights.
