Es un verdadero honor tenerlos nuevamente, después de largas semanas, leyendo un post redactado desde el amor, la paz y la tranquilidad de los nuevos comienzos.

En menos de lo que espero, cumpliré diecinueve años, así que decidí escribir lo que me había enseñado este año de vida y compartirlo con mi hermosa comunidad.

1-Vivir a plenitud cada día como si resulta el último de mi existir.

Centrarme en el presente, ha sido una verdadera hazaña que seguido me cuesta aceptarla. Comprender que debo vivir en el presente, sin tener que preocuparme por qué o cómo serán las situaciones, me cuesta. No obstante, día a día, me siento más conectada con la verdadera esencia de la vida: el ahora.

2- Ámate a ti misma.

¡Disfrutar de mi presencia a solas, en tranquilidad y paz!

Este año de vida, mi mejor antídoto es amarme. Desde conectar consigo misma con actividades que estimulen el intelecto, que expandan mi saber, tan simple como: estudiar y completar la Escuela de Periodismo Digital en Platzi, a practicar inglés por mi propia cuenta.

Momentos simples, marcan la diferencia en nuestro bienestar físico, mental, psicológico, entre otros.

Cuando realmente comprendas que el amor empieza desde tu interior para poder expandirlo a plenitud al exterior, todo marchará mejor.

3- Deléitate con las cosas que te gustan.

La vida se mide por los momentos que disfrutas. Todos somos personas únicas e inigualables, tenemos actividades, cosas o espacios que nos hacen felices, que son irremplazables.

Lo que a mí me gusta, no le gusta quizá a otra persona. Antes solía cohibirme, posponía los posibles momentos que sabía disfrutaría como: comerme un helado, darle un abrazo a alguna persona que quería, empezar a escribir un libro, acariciar a Pelussa, entre otras acciones que me reconfortan y me llenan el alma de alegría.

Hoy, sé que no debo posponer las cosas que me hacen feliz, porque la vida es demasiado efímera para no disfrutar algo que tengo posibilidad de vivir.

4-Regocijate en los pequeños momentos.

La magia de la vida está en disfrutar de los pequeños momentos. Si hace tiempo, hubiese comprendido que los pequeños momentos son los que atesoraría y recordaría, me encantaría atesorarlos y haberlos vivido con mayor felicidad y disfrute. Porque muchas veces, estamos tan centrados en asuntos sin importancia, pero lo resaltante es que aprendimos lecciones para no volver a cometer los mismos errores.

5-Aprende de todos: la vida, las personas, el mundo, los animales, la naturaleza.

Pensar que tenemos todo bajo control es una locura, porque nunca tenemos todo cubierto. La vida es novedades, primicias y constante cambio.

Esfuérzate en aprender a ser mejor por ti, por los que te rodean. A cada lugar que llegamos y con todas las personas que estamos, no es una casualidad, es un motivo para crecer y evolucionar.

6- El mejor día para comenzar a dar pasos por tus sueños es: Hoy.

Por lo general, solemos postergar el hecho de dar pasos por los sueños. Muchas veces por impedimentos de excusas, atoradas en la mente, que nos condicionan el destino, camino y realidad deseada.

En mi caso, mi sueño era escribir un libro, sin embargo, pensaba montón de excusas como: no seré buena, no tendré un buen resultado, no me salen ni diez palabras, entre otros. Cuando en verdad, estaba quedándome en mi zona de confort, no salía a conocer, ni explorar, ni siquiera pensaba como sería la experiencia.

Finalmente determiné que debía repetir diariamente: Hoy, es el mejor momento para comenzar. No importa si es de a poco, pues nada se construye en milisegundos.

7- Cada año de vida, será único e irrepetible. ¡Disfrútalo!

Cada año nuevo de vida nos aguarda un montón de experiencias gratificantes, cargadas de belleza, risas, sueños, emociones intensas. Este año de vida, ha sido maravilloso, siento que he sido muy feliz, no puedo pedirle a la vida nada más, porque se cumplieron muchos sueños, metas e ilusiones que aspiraba.

8- Lo malo o desagradable que te pueda suceder será una enseñanza.

Hoy en día cuando vivimos un suceso o momento desagradable nos cuesta aceptar o aprender de este. En los momentos tristes, simplemente nos dejamos invadir, nuestra mente está aislada y lejana a una posible solución o resolución del problema, pero cuando más nos alejamos, mucho más tranquilos nos sentimos.

Lo importante de estas experiencias no agradables, es saber reaccionar a las posibilidades que puedan presentarse y aprender de ellas para poder evolucionar, cumpliendo nuestra misión destinada de vida.

9- Ser perspicaz, no todos querrán ser tus amigos.

Somos sociales por naturaleza, sin embargo, no todos querrán ser tus amigos y no todas las personas logran conectar de la misma manera.

Elige bien de quien te rodeas. Únete a personas que te inspiren. A mí, me encantan las personas que son como las vitaminas, que te nutren, te ayudan, te hacen ser mejor, con las que aprendes y estás en cambios positivos en pro del bienestar grupal.

10- Estudia, aprende, también descansa.

Si hoy te provoca descansar un rato, hazlo. Dedícate tiempo de calidad y de cuidado. Es maravilloso que estudies, trabajes y cuides de otros, pero también debes recordar cuidar de ti mismo. Ámate antes de dedicarte a amar a otros.

Practica actividades de cuidado personal para evitar un mal en el futuro.

11- No seas conformista, al menos en los conocimientos.

Ten una mentalidad ambiciosa, que siempre quiera explorar, conocer y desarrollarse. Desde que empecé a escribir, consideré que era una buena escritora, pero que siempre tendría una materia pendiente: seguir aprendiendo. Fue así como empecé a cultivar mi educación, conociendo nuevas palabras de la Real Academia Española, del diccionario, leía libros de autoayuda, inspiración, romance, ficción y hasta fantasía, cosas que jamás esperé hacer, pero todo sería para nutrirme. Además, empecé a observar más a las personas, a todos los que me rodeaban, percibiendo sus emociones, escuchando sus pensamientos y determinando nuevas conexiones.

12- La vida, no es, ni será fácil, pero vale la pena encontrar razones para existir.

Cada día es algo nuevo. Hay días que no son fáciles, llegamos exhaustos, cansados y sin motivación, pero son esos los verdaderos retos de la vida.

13- La familia es el mayor tesoro del mundo.

Todo en la vida pasa: la edad, los instantes y un montón de cosas. La familia está ahí, siempre, por lo menos el núcleo familiar más cercano. Mamá, papá, los hermanos y los abuelos.

14- Elige bien tu carrera y lucha por ella.

Cuando salimos de bachillerato, de la escuela preparatoria, no estamos totalmente listos, ni determinamos con claridad, lo que vamos a hacer con nuestras vidas. A mí, me costó un poco decidir lo que iba a estudiar, justo ahora comencé la universidad y pensé muchísimo si sería buena en la carrera que estoy cursando.

Poco a poco, vamos conociéndonos. Mejor es haberse equivocado, que no haberlo intentando. Elige lo que te haga feliz, algo en lo que te sientas cómodo. Sobre todo, ten claro que tu vida puede cambiar, el camino será dado de acuerdo a tu intuición.

15- La opinión que importa es la tuya.

Solemos vivir desde pequeños, buscando la aprobación de las demás personas, por lo general de mamá y papá, seguidamente de chicos al ser adolescentes. Con el tiempo, si verdaderamente maduramos, tendremos la capacidad de entender que la opinión que importa es la tuya, tu discernimiento y tus elecciones personales.

16- Haz cosas nuevas.

Permítete flexibilidad, haz cosas nuevas que estén lejanas a lo que amas, sal de tu zona de confort.

17- Una nota, no define tu inteligencia, ni tu capacidad para lograr las metas.

A mí, en lo personal me frustraba mucho sacar malas calificaciones, lloraba, me sentía terrible porque me sentía insuficiente y podía estudiar un montón, sin embargo, después descubrí eso no determina tu verdad, entendí que lo más importante es aprender, saber y conocer.

18- Se feliz, auténtica, valiente e inteligente.

Cumplir 19, para mi será coleccionar nuevas experiencias, poder vivir este nuevo año de vida con mi hermosa comunidad, es grandioso. Quiero escribir mucho, amar en su justa medida, comprender más, explorar nuevos lugares, reír más, llorar de alegría y aprovechar cada instante.

No obstante, tenemos que tener la mente abierta a nuevas oportunidades, comprendiendo que así exista una situación buena, mala, peor, desagradable, emocionante, nos invita a una enseñanza pasajera.

Seamos independientes, personas autónomas, persistentes.

1-Living each day to the fullest as if it were the last day of my existence.

Focusing on the present has been a real feat that I still find it hard to accept. Understanding that I must live in the present, without having to worry about what or how situations will be, is difficult for me. However, day by day, I feel more connected to the true essence of life: the now.

2- Love yourself.

Enjoy my presence alone, in tranquility and peace!

This year of life, my best antidote is to love myself. From connecting with myself with activities that stimulate the intellect, that expand my knowledge, as simple as: studying and completing the School of Digital Journalism at Platzi, to practicing English on my own.

Simple moments, make a difference in our physical, mental, psychological and other well-being.

When you really understand that love starts from within to be able to expand it fully to the outside, everything will go better.

3- Delight yourself with the things you like.

Life is measured by the moments you enjoy. We are all unique and incomparable people, we have activities, things or spaces that make us happy, that are irreplaceable.

What I like, maybe someone else doesn't like. Before, I used to be self-conscious, I used to postpone the possible moments I knew I would enjoy such as: eating an ice cream, giving a hug to someone I loved, starting to write a book, caressing Pelussa, among other actions that comfort me and fill my soul with joy.

Today, I know that I should not postpone the things that make me happy, because life is too ephemeral not to enjoy something that I have the chance to live.

4-Rejoice in the little moments.

The magic of life is in enjoying the little moments. In my case, my dream was to write a book, however, I thought a lot of excuses such as: I will not be good, I will not have a good result, I do not even get ten words, among others. When in truth, I was staying in my comfort zone, I didn't go out to meet, explore, or even think about what the experience would be like.

10- Study, learn, also rest.

Since I started writing, I considered that I was a good writer, but that I would always have a pending subject: to keep learning. That's how I started to cultivate my education, learning new words from the Real Academia Española, from the dictionary, reading self-help, inspirational, romance, fiction and even fantasy books, things I never expected to do, but everything would be to nourish myself. In addition, I began to observe people more, everyone around me, perceiving their emotions, listening to their thoughts and determining new connections.

13- Family is the greatest treasure in the world.

14- Choose your career well and fight for it.

When we get out of high school, we are not totally ready, nor do we clearly determine what we are going to do with our lives. For me, it took me a while to decide what I was going to study, I just started college and I thought a lot about whether I would be good at the career I am pursuing.

Little by little, we are getting to know each other. It is better to have made a mistake than not to have tried. Choose what makes you happy, something in which you feel comfortable. Above all, be clear that your life can change, the path will be given according to your intuition.
