Ever since I was fairly young I got stuck watching some shows specially Stargate Sg-1 and that franchise as a whole along with sitcoms on TV and while I wasn't watching shows I could sit and listen to music while doing research into some topic I found interesting, back then I did also have a life outside of all that I was with friends, I went on trips, etc. but as i got older my life changed a lot. Music is something that always was there for me in a way, I took parts of my music style from my dad, some from my sisters, but I always looked around and found music on my own that I liked, hanged around on music forums specially one we had here in Sweden called Whoa.nu which was for underground Swedish hiphop / reggae and everyone could upload their own songs and get "feedback" which was mostly hate from others since the site was small compared to what we have nowadays in social media most of the people knew each other in one way or another and some were friends and other were kinda like sworn enemies cuz of battles/disses, we had a lot of fun also but that died out and people moved on. So that was a big part of my life Swedish hiphop and some English and yeah I still listen to some old songs mostly for nostalgia but i moved on also not fully but some and I started to listen more to other styles, other languages I listen a lot to music from different Asian countries nowadays like Kpop, Japanese rock/pop/classical, Chinese also rock/pop/classical, Thai, Filipino and more. I watch a lot of music videos and have English subtitles on when I listen to other languages at least at first so I have an idea what the song is about. Other than those I also listen to Arabic, Spanish songs and everything including rock, pop, hiphop, reggae, classical, RnB, Jazz, Blues, metal,etc.

Series Series is something that I always been able to escape into when I need a break from real life, specially with how my mind works It becomes like whole other worlds my mind escapes to with people from the series I watch and with my dreams being so vivid when I sleep I go on adventures with those people in the dreams even when I am awake and think about something from the shows it creates a video in my mind kinda where I can see the people moving, talking, doing things overall, as example now I have really gotten stuck watching Doctor Who from 2005 and when I sleep I have dreams of going to other planets meeting aliens, going to the past, the future, getting in trouble, and so. In a way it really helps having it like this because it's a way for me to process things easier but in a lot of ways it's bad because I wanna be able to live a life irl also but the more I escape the more afraid I am of going back out into the real world, afraid that it would overwhelm me since I haven't really been living and been out travelling, meeting people for so long I barely know how to interact with most people. Thing is it is easy to escape into a world where you can do whatever you want and be exactly what you want without worries but you cannot live that way forever well you can but it's not good for anyone, people need interaction with others, going out doing stuff, travel the world otherwise you will go crazy and get bad physical and mental health which after having gotten bad health overall I can say live life, go on walks because this isn't fun being alone and feeling so much pain in your body and mind. I am working on my myself a lot now the best I can and trying to get out more and have done a lot of progress which I am very happy about and already feel better mentally, far from really good but I am getting there and I am not gonna stop until I have an actual life so to say!
