Allergy is an over-reaction of the defense system on harmless substances. In contact with these substances, the defense system is disrupted and unnecessary and excessive antibody formation occurs. Allergic reaction mechanism

Antibodies protect the organism from viruses, bacteria and infections.
In an allergic person, the immune system misunderstood a certain allergen as an enemy and begins to create defense antibodies. Such antibodies, called immunoglobulin E (IgE), they bind to mast cells which they have on skin, nose, eyes,lungs and gastrointestinal tract. When antibodies IgE find an allergen, they start to produce a powerful chemical of histamine. This causes an allergic reaction. The reaction may occur immediately or after several hours.

For now, allergies can not be cured. Antihistamines are used to relieve the symptoms.

Advice!

Take food that contains a lot of quercetin, apples, kale, spinach, broccoli, red onion, blueberries, plums and foods that have anti-inflammatory action, nuts, fish and berry fruit.
