RE: Goulash ā The Most Famous Hungarian Dish (that doesn't actually exist!)
This looks amazing especially with those potatoes!! I usually make mine with stew meat, root vegetables like carrots, parsnip and potatoes, and of course, paprika as well as other spices such as caraway

RE: Is Our Well Going Dry? EEK!
Greenery definitely helps. Our property is maybe 80% wooded and it makes a big difference heat-wise. The shade seems to help keep the air near the ground cooler!

RE: Is Our Well Going Dry? EEK!
Wow, that sucks! That is weird that it's under the house. If you have to service the well itself, drill deeper, etc, that would make it incredibly hard.

RE: Pennsif's Progress - The Days are Numbered // Day 972 : Time flies with a polytunnel

RE: Lazy Girl Marinara from Scratch!
It's one of my favorites, mainly because it requires so little work on my part. Not often that you run into that on the homestead!

Love the list you put together! I'd also add liquid children's Benadryl and Milk of Magnesia, or the generic equivalent to make Magic Mouthwash. In case of a viral illness that causes mouth sores, or canker

Love the idea of roadschooling! Learning never really stops for us either. Every day I find something that can be turned into a learning opportunity. Not just for the kids, but me too! I've learned a lot

That's awesome!! I love the portfolio idea. Here in Georgia kids can start attending college classes for free once they are in high school, but most colleges will not take students under 16 years of age.
