_Bienvenidos a mi blog comunidad de hive y una vez más a este agradable challenge, en esta oportunidad al día 7 de esta segunda etapa. Gracias a todos los que hacen posible este reto, los que constantemente me alegran el día con sus temas referente al challenge, es muy grato compartir con ustedes parte de mi vida y mi mundo._ _Tener una alimentación balanceada es importante para nuestro organismo, para nuestra salud, vida y cuerpo es por eso la necesidad de incluir ciertos alimentos que nos proporcionen energía, vitaminas y una mejor calidad de vida. Muchas veces rompemos la dieta e integramos cosas a nuestro día habitual que no corresponde y es cuando empezamos con las quejas por haber comido tal alimento u otra cosa que haga daño._

_Welcome to my blog hive community and once again to this nice challenge, this time to day 7 of this second stage. Thanks to all who make this challenge possible, those who constantly brighten my day with their topics related to the challenge, it is very pleasant to share with you part of my life and my world._ _Having a balanced diet is important for our organism, for our health, life and body, that is why we need to include certain foods that provide us with energy, vitamins and a better quality of life. Many times we break the diet and integrate things to our usual day that does not correspond and that is when we start with the complaints for having eaten such food or something else that hurts us._

# _"Mi dieta habitual" // "My usual diet"_

_Para nadie es un secreto que todas las personas cometemos grandes equivocaciones a la hora de comer, al igual que hay personas que comen solo lo que tienen y no les da chance de trabajar en su comida pero es importante me balanceada para mantener un ritmo de salud adecuado y en orden. En Venezuela es imposible que alguien con un sueldo básico pueda mantener una dieta saludable ya que no da la base para adquirir productos necesarios y de calidad para suplir una buena alimentación._ _En lo particular no guardo ninguna dieta en específico ya que piedo comer mi comida normal de todos los días, aunque entiendo que durante la cuarentena llegué aumentar mucho de peso y he pensado en tener una dieta saludable pero es que soy muy dulcera y no tengo fuerza de voluntad, hace un tiempo si tenía una dieta porque estaba mucho más gorda y me cansaba hasta para caminar, me ayudó bastante pero actualmente no hago nada, además que me siento bien conmigo misma._

_It is no secret that all people make big mistakes when it comes to eating, just as there are people who eat only what they have and do not give them a chance to work on their food, but it is important to keep a balanced diet to maintain an adequate and healthy rhythm. In Venezuela it is impossible for someone with a basic salary to maintain a healthy diet because it does not give the basis to acquire the necessary products and quality to supply a good diet._ _In particular I do not keep any specific diet because I can eat my normal food every day, although I understand that during my forties I gained a lot of weight and I have thought about having a healthy diet but I am very sweet and I have no willpower, some time ago I had a diet because I was much fatter and I got tired even to walk, it helped me a lot but now I do not do anything, besides I feel good about myself._

# _Desayuno_ _Para mi desayuno siempre trato que sea algo ligero y que me mantenga tranquila en la mañana, casi siempre como arepas (típico del venezolano) acompañado de queso, muchas veces huevos, o pollo; otras veces solo consumo pan un poco y mi café que no debe faltar. Actualmente estoy haciendo ayuno intermitente pero solo 3 veces a la semana y me ha ido muy bien._ # _Almuerzo_ _El almuerzo para mí es lo más importante del día, durante está comida me gusta consumir arroz, pastas, acompañado de pollo, carne o pescado, en algunas oportunidades ensaladas. Siempre me sirvo buenas porciones ya que como mucho, después de almuerzo me gusta tomar café y luego reposar._ # _Cena_ _Para la cena es la parte del día que menos consumo alimentos, cuando lo hago trato que sea antes de las 6:30 pm, igualmente mi hijo, aquí en casa nos acostumbramos a cenar temprano. Mi cena por lo general está compuesta por arepas rellenas, quizás panquecas, otras veces pan o simplemente una taza de chocolate o avena, siempre trato de dar cambios en la comida para no aburrirme, es por eso que siempre ando indagando recetas faciles de hacer con productos cercanos._

# _Breakfast_ _For my breakfast I always try to have something light and that keeps me calm in the morning, I almost always eat arepas (typical Venezuelan) accompanied by cheese, many times eggs or chicken; other times I only eat a little bread and my coffee, which should not be missing. I am currently doing intermittent fasting but only 3 times a week and it has been going very well._ # _Lunch_ _Lunch for me is the most important part of the day, during this meal I like to eat rice, pasta, accompanied by chicken, meat or fish, sometimes salads. I always serve myself good portions since I eat a lot. After lunch I like to drink coffee and then rest._ # _Dinner_ _For dinner is the part of the day that I consume less food, when I do I try to eat it before 6:30 pm, likewise my son, here at home we are used to eat dinner early. My dinner usually consists of stuffed arepas, maybe pancakes, sometimes bread or just a cup of chocolate or oatmeal, I always try to give changes in the food to not get bored, that's why I'm always looking for easy recipes to make with local products._

_Mi dieta habitual es importante para el buen funcionamiento de mi cuerpo, además que es muy bueno tener algo en nuestro estómago porque de la alimentación depende la vida. Siempre recuerdo un dicho que dice mis suegros **entre el comer y el dormir, está en vivir**._

_My regular diet is important for the proper functioning of my body, plus it is very good to have something in our stomach because life depends on food. I always remember a saying of my in-laws **between eating and sleeping, it is in living**._

_Gracias a todos por estar aquí,por permitir mostrar un poco de mi vida a ustedes, gracias a este challenge puedo descubrir muchas cosas de mi, además de enseñarle un poco sobre mi. Gracias a la comunidad y a los creadores de este chellenge que me ha parecido tan divertido y bonito, el cual comienzo hoy su segunda parte, lleno de aprendizajes y lecciones de vida._

_Thanks to all of you for being here, for allowing me to show a little bit of my life to you, thanks to this challenge I can discover many things about me, besides teaching you a little bit about me. Thanks to the community and the creators of this chellenge that I have found so much fun and beautiful, which today I start its second part, full of learning and life lessons._
