Now for the filling I decided to use real crab meat that I bought frozen a few days ago, I know that this product is quite expensive but I live 15 minutes from the coast, so in some way that benefits me, but if you find you can also use imitation crab or fish. Here in a bowl I am placing the crab, tuna, a little cream cheese, mayonnaise and sriracha, this is going to mix everything and that's it.

Ahora para el relleno decidí utilizar pulpa de cangrejo real que compré congelada hace pocos días, sé que este producto es bastante costoso pero yo vivo a 15 minutos de la costa, así que de alguna forma eso me beneficia, pero si encuentran también pueden usar imitación de cangrejo o pescado. Aquí en un bol estoy colocando el cangrejo, atún, un poco de queso crema, mayonesa y sriracha, esto se va a mezclar todo y listo.
