Saludos ladies, hoy me encuentro por aquí participando en una pregunta que se me hizo interesante:

What step are you willing to take to forgive yourself or forgive that situation? Lately, I've been feeling quite confused about myself and everything I'm feeling, although deep down I don't really want to admit that I'm confused. It's like I'm avoiding being responsible, avoiding facing reality. The heavy feeling is that I'm not happy with the life I thought would lead me to happiness. Constantly questioning everything is exhausting. What I really need to do is take responsibility for my life to move forward, but first I need a plan of action, and that's where I'm a bit lost. I'm really struggling to get my life in order; I think that's always been the same struggle my whole life. I think I have everything right, but that stability only lasts a couple of months, and then everything goes back to being a rollercoaster. It's so complicated to feel like you're juggling your own life.

>¿Qué sentimiento "pesado" (culpa, rencor, o arrepentimiento) estás cargando hoy que te impide disfrutar de tu realidad? ¿Qué paso estás dispuesta a dar para perdonarte o perdonar esa situación? Últimamente ando bastante confundida conmigo misma y con todo lo que siento, aunque dentro de mi es como que no quiero admitir que realmente no estoy confundida, es como que evito ser una persona responsable, evito afrontar la realidad. El sentimiento pesado es sentir que no estoy siendo feliz con la vida que pensé que me llevaría a serlo. Estarme cuestionando todo constantemente es cansado. Lo que realmente tengo qué hacer es tomar responsabilidad de mi vida para seguir adelante pero primero necesito un plan de acción, y ahí estoy algo perdida. Realmente ando luchando por poner mi vida en orden, creo que en toda mi vida esa siempre ha sido la misma lucha. Creo que tengo todo bien pero esa estabilidad me dura como un par de meses y luego todo vuelve a ser montaña rusa. Es tan complicado sentir que haces malabares con tu propia vida.
