JLPT certainly is one of the easier exams (compared to other language exams) to prepare for given the fact that production ability is not tasked. Having said so it's still quite a feat to get N3! Best

As always it's been a pleasurable read. If Tonkotsu is your thing then I definitely recommend you to make a visit to Bone Daddies (although I find their soy ramen better) and Kanada-Ya. I personally find

Atari-Ya is certainly a very nice hidden gem for their fish and I'm very happy to see someone sharing the same passion as me on this! One of the lesser known facts is that Atari-Ya also is a high-end seafood
