- 350 grams of beef strips
- 1 stalk of garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce
- Garlic sauce
- Oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Lo primero que haremos es sazonar la carne con sal, pimienta, salsa de ajo, mostaza, salsa barbecue y orégano mezclamos y dejamos reposar mínimo por 30 minutos lavamos y picamos en ruedas el ajo porro y en tiras el pimiento.
