don't have microwave oven too and my pantry only has the necessary stuff you know basic spices and condiments for cooking, peanut butter and coconut oil and those stuff. trying to live a minimalistic approach.

adding my two cents worth I would reconsider the molds problem and the mud. does it rain there a lot? if yes it could be a problem if you will be doing teaching in the future or to attract more people

this a good read. we have this documentary of the Great Barrier Reef from BBC and my whole family been watching it over and over again. This is miracle. We love the seas, the corals and the fish of course

This is such a worthy read. In my country, we don't have flouridized water but man, the fertilisers for the crops is way too much. Can we consider it lucky that we don't have many cases of brain defects
