This tree is huge. I doubt that we have any tree like this in Germany. Only the tree trunk already looks like it belongs to several trees. But it's only one. Really amazing!

This is a chestnut tree with white blossoms. The chestnut trees with white blossoms are the european kind. The ones with the pink blossoms are a crossbreed from the european kind with a nordamerican kind.
