El sábado fue un día muy especial, de muchos aprendizajes, encuentros, risas... afectos. Mi corazón aun está emocionado por toda la experiencia vivida en nuestro evento de celebración de la Semana Mundial del Bienestar, así como por las oportunidades que se abrieron en el lugar para eventos futuros. Para empezar les cuento que llegamos al espacio con muchas expectativas y les confieso que también con un gran susto, no sabíamos cómo estabamos con el tema de la convocatoria, cuántas personas irían, quiénes irian, y hasta el tema climático y político fue objeto de preocupación. Sin embargo, todo se fue disipando cuando empezaron a llegar las personas que vibraron con nuestra invitación. Durante el evento hicimos una caminata consciente, meditamos, reímos a carcajadas, reflexionamos y ¡danzamos!... Como organizadora del evento me siento muy feliz de que [Holos&Lotus](https://peakd.com/c/hive-131951/created) pueda ir posicionándose como un productor de espacios de Bienestar. Estoy convencida de que tenemos mucho que ofrecer y un deseo genuino de expandir Bienestar y acompañar a las personas en este camino evolutivo de despertar. Wellness and Healthy Coexistence Meeting

My heart is still excited by the whole experience of our World Wellness Week celebration event, as well as the opportunities that opened up there for future events. To begin with, I'll tell you that we arrived at the venue with high expectations and, I confess, also with a great deal of apprehension. We didn't know how the invitation would be received, how many people would come, who would come, and even the weather and political situation were causes for concern. However, all our worries dissipated when the people who responded to our invitation began to arrive. > > During the event, we took a mindful walk, meditated, laughed out loud, reflected, and danced! As the organizer of the event, I am very happy that Holos&Lotus is positioning itself as a producer of wellness spaces. I am convinced that we have a lot to offer and a genuine desire to expand wellness and accompany people on this evolutionary path of awakening. > > Without resources, without support, just a large number of people betting that this dream is possible for everyone and also necessary to rebuild our country.

Partimos desde la importancia de sanar nuestro vínculo con nosotros mismos para poder extender esos lazos de sana convivencia hacia los demás y para ello fue muy importante acallar nuestra mente y entrar en ese espacio de conexión interior a través de la meditación y caminata consciente. Luego fuimos profundizando en otros temas, destacando la importancia de la "presencia" dentro de nosotros y con el otro, como un pilar clave para la sana convivencia. Tuve la dicha de co-facilitar la clase de Biodanza con la que cerramos el Encuentro, al iniciar el evento teníamos alrededor de unas 30 personas y cerramos casi con 60. Ver el disfrute en la cara de los asistentes y la forma en que interactuaron sin conocerse -ensu mayoria- fue una experiencia maravillosa!, una clara señal de que si es posible convivir sanamente si los corazones que se juntan están dispuestos para ello. *** >! We approached this from different angles, such as meditation, Access Bars, coaching, and Biodanza. > > We started from the importance of healing our connection with ourselves in order to extend those bonds of healthy coexistence to others. To do this, it was very important to quiet our minds and enter that space of inner connection through meditation and mindful walking. > > We then delved deeper into other topics, highlighting the importance of “presence” within ourselves and with others as a key pillar of healthy coexistence. > > I had the pleasure of co-facilitating the Biodanza class that closed the meeting. When the event began, we had around 30 people, and we closed with almost 60. Seeing the enjoyment on the faces of the attendees and the way they interacted without knowing each other—most of them—was a wonderful experience! It was a clear sign that it is possible to live together healthily if the hearts that come together are willing to do so.
