Hoooolllaaaa a todos!!!

Pues ya estamos de regreso. Y arrancaremos este nuevo post, con uno de los temas (que a mi parecer) son de los que amo, y son un deleite para todo aquel que los prueba, y me refiero, a la repostería. Por lo que, de aquí en adelante, trataré de hablar lo más amplio que se pueda (porque sabemos muy bien, que es un tema tan vasto), que compartiré con ustedes: recetas, y en un futuro, y con toda la mejor vibra del mundo, algún consejito extra, de chefs que con el tiempo conocí, y de grandes personas que dominan este arte.

Y sin mas preámbulos, la primera receta será:

Flan de moka

Ingredientes:

1 taza de azúcar

1 lata de leche condensada

5 huevos

3 cucharadas de cocoa

2 cucharadas de café soluble

1 taza de leche

Preparación:

En cualquier molde o sartén, dejamos el azúcar en la estufa, con el fuego al mínimo, hasta que empiece a tomar un color dorado (se mezcla constantemente, con la ayuda de una pala sin apartarnos de la estufa). Ya caramelizado por completo, vaciamos en una flanera, o en un molde, y lo dejamos aparte para que se cristalice.

2. Para hacer el flan, incorporamos todos los demás ingredientes a la licuadora, y lo vertimos en el caramelo cristalizado.

3. Cubrimos con papel aluminio, y cocemos a baño maría (esto quiere decir, que introducimos el molde que tiene el flan, dentro de un molde más grande, el cual contiene un mínimo de agua, cubriendo parcialmente el molde que tiene el flan) y ya en el horno, lo dejamos cocer, unos 45 ó 50 minutos a 180°C (o hasta que el flan esté cocido, verificando con un cuchillo o un palillo, hasta que salga limpio).

4. Cuando ya este cocido el flan, retiramos del horno, dejándolo enfriar unos 10 ó 15 minutos (porque si lo desmoldamos inmediatamente, se nos podría deshacer).

5. Pasado este tiempo, desmoldamos con mucho cuidado, y decoramos según sea nuestra elección (que podría ser con cerezas, nueces o un poco de chocolate, etc…)

¡Y ya está listo!

TIP: Si se deja en el refrigerador todo un día, adquiere un sabor mas concentrado y totalmente delicioso.

Well, we're back. And we will start this new post, with one of the themes (which in my opinion) are the ones I love, and are a delight for everyone who tries them, and I mean, the pastry. So, from now on, I will try to talk as widely as possible (because we know very well, that is such a vast subject), that I will share with you: recipes, and in the future, and with all the best vibes of the world, some extra advice, of chefs that I have known over time, and of great people who dominate this art.

And without further ado, the first recipe will be:

Mocha Flan

Ingredients

1 cup of sugar
1 can of condensed milk
5 eggs
3 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of soluble coffee
1 cup of milk

Preparation:

In any mold or pan, we leave the sugar in the stove, with the fire to the minimum, until it begins to take a golden color (it is mixed constantly, with the help of a shovel without separating us from the stove). Caramelized completely, we empty it in a flanera, or in a mold, and leave it aside so that it crystallizes

2. To make the flan, we incorporate all the other ingredients into the blender, and pour it into the crystallized caramel.

3. Cover with aluminum foil, and cook in a bain-marie (this means, that we introduce the mold that has the flan, inside a larger mold, which contains a minimum of water, partially covering the mold that has the flan) and in the oven, let it cook, about 45 or 50 minutes at 356° F (or until the custard is cooked, checking with a knife or toothpick, until it comes out clean).

4. When the custard is cooked, remove it from the oven, letting it cool for 10 or 15 minutes (because if we unmold it immediately, it could be undone).

5. After this time, we unmold very carefully, and decorate according to our choice (which could be with cherries, nuts or a little chocolate, etc ...)

And it's ready!
