We will have to try that! We get tilapia from Pricesmart. I know it's considered not the healthiest fish but it tastes too good. I usually saute it in some butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Joel makes

Hi again! We had a bunch of bananas ripen so I tried the pancake. You use uncooked rice? I ended up with a pancake with uncooked hard grains of rice. Our banana bread was really good though.
