RE: 100% Home Grown Home Cooked Meal
Very nice Cooking whole home cooked meals from your homestead is such a great feeling. We raise most of our own food now. Started with a small garden and now have a small permaculture farm. Everything

RE: Cold Climate Permaculture Plants: Saskatoon
Good info Most people in our country forget how hard it is to live here in Canada in the winter with out being able to go to the store. Will be adding a few to our permaculture farm when we get a chance

RE: Collecting maple sap.
Very nice every spring we make a couple of gallons of maple syrup from our sugar bush. It is a great source of natural sugar. It take 40-50 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup.

Very nice. Most edible mushrooms are great tasting and very good for boosting your immune system, to keep you from getting sick.

RE: Doggone Squirrels!!!
Having a good dog or two around keeps most wildlife back. Put in netted off area or small greenhouse would work. Plastic bottle with the top and bottom cut off ,would work for a few plants. Good luck

RE: Trouble Making Racoons!
Sometimes animals have to be culled. Dogs roaming your farm is the best think to keep animals away. There is a lot of wildlife around our farm but it all keeps its distance because of our German shorthaired
