This is hot, and I miss European plywood. US standard is three plies with veneer skin. Very confused; is it meant for stability or to be seen? Why hide the face and skimp on the edge? A perfect material

I had extra ones installed when they built the home. A 240v for my table saw and a dedicated 20amp 120v outlet for handheld power tools. There are a good number of standard outlets too so I should be ok,
