Celebrar es una actitud de contentura y regocijo. Celebramos cuando nace un hijo, cumplimos años, tenemos un logro, celebraciones que unimos al festejo como una manera intencionada de regalarnos alegría. Motivos para celebrar y festejar tenemos muchos, cada día se nos presentan oportunidades para ello.

Hoy por ejemplo, han pasado quince días desde que publiqué en la columna: “Integrales y en Expansión” de nuestra querida comunidad @holos-lotus la iniciativa ¿Cómo cultivo la amabilidad? Fue tan bien recibida que la participación superó cualquier expectativa que nos hubiésemos propuesto.

Cada artículo presentado ha estado lleno de calidad, cariño y compromiso que nutrieron el tema de una manera tan especial que fácil se pudiera hacerse un manual, solo que la amabilidad es tan única, en la manera en que cada uno la expresa y vive, que no tiene sentido sistematizarla. Lo que sí puedo hacer es felicitar, agradecer y celebrar a cada persona que está detrás del escrito, que con su práctica amable hace de su paso por la vida una experiencia de crecimiento y expansión. Gracias amigos por ser y estar.

Esta receptividad nos ha llenado de entusiasmo y agradecimiento, que mejor manera de celebrarlo que proponer otra iniciativa que contribuya a llevar en el día a día una práctica de vida que nos fortalezca en nuestras maneras de ser y hacer. El tema de esta nueva iniciativa es ***“Tus motivos para Celebrar la Vida”***

Celebrar la vida es estar consciente del presente, de este momento maravilloso del estar aquí, de estar vivo, de sentir la luz de un nuevo amanecer y el aire que llena tú ser. Estar vivo no es cualquier cosa, la vida, en términos generales, es frágil y bien lo recoge el dicho: “Hoy estamos aquí mañana no sabemos” tener consciencia de ello es un motivo suficiente para vivir en una constante celebración.

Cuando celebramos la vida manifestamos agradecimiento, es como palpar la alegría de vivir. Independientemente del momento, gratificante o no, el solo hecho de tenerlo y sentirlo, bien lo vale porque seguimos aquí, valorarlo es ponernos en el camino que llamamos felicidad, entendiendo que la felicidad es un estado interno de conexión con la paz y la satisfacción que da la tranquilidad, es sentirnos en plenitud con lo que somos, hacemos, tenemos y sentimos.

La celebración es una acción tanto interna como externa, mostramos nuestra alegría por la vida con múltiples detalles: cuando decidimos compartir con amor, cuando reímos y abrazamos, es una acción que se expande en la relación con los otros, con el medio que nos rodea y en la actitud del disfrute. Con ella vamos diciéndonos a nosotros mismos y a los demás que “la vida es bella” por el solo hecho de tenerla.

Estar en “modo celebración” es llenarnos de buen humor lo que activa las hormonas de la felicidad y diluye las penas que pueden aparecer en el camino, incluso a prevenirlas. El buen humor es un estado que no necesariamente implica euforia, aunque a veces la contempla. Cuando nos sentimos de buen humor tenemos un sentimiento de satisfacción con nuestra vida y lo que estamos viviendo, los pensamientos son más positivos y todo ello contribuye a tener mayor salud física, mental y emocional.

Celebrar la vida también nos fortalece en la libertad que tenemos de decidir cómo vemos la vida, cómo nos anotamos en ella, con qué nos queremos conectar, lo que nos permite estar conscientes de nuestra responsabilidad en la historia de vida que estamos escribiendo porque cada actitud, acción tiene una intensión y somos libres de elegir por cual optamos.

Celebrar la vida nos lleva a replantearnos “los tiempos de espera” para la felicidad. No es mañana ni cuando tus hijos crezcan, cuando tengas la casa de tus sueños, ni el trabajo o la pareja ideal, es ahora que tienes vida, y aquí calza muy bien el proverbio sueco “Aquellos que quieren cantar siempre encuentran una canción”, siempre tenemos un motivo para ser felices y celebrar, fijarte en ellos es una opción, ¿Cuál tomas tú?

Celebrating is an attitude of contentment and rejoicing. We celebrate when a child is born, we have a birthday, we have an achievement, celebrations that we join to the celebration as an intentional way to give us joy. We have many reasons to celebrate and celebrate, every day we have opportunities to do so.

This receptivity has filled us with enthusiasm and gratitude, what better way to celebrate it than to propose another initiative that contributes to carry in the day to day a practice of life that strengthens us in our ways of being and doing. Celebration is an internal and external action, we show our joy for life with multiple details: when we decide to share with love, when we laugh and embrace, it is an action that expands in the relationship with others, with the environment that surrounds us and in the attitude of enjoyment. With it we tell ourselves and others that "life is beautiful" just by the fact of having it.

To be in "celebration mode" is to fill us with a good mood, which activates the hormones of happiness and dilutes the sorrows that may appear on the way, even preventing them. Good mood is a state that does not necessarily imply euphoria, although sometimes it does. When we feel in a good mood we have a feeling of satisfaction with our life and what we are living, thoughts are more positive and all this contributes to greater physical, mental and emotional health.

Celebrating life also strengthens us in the freedom we have to decide how we see life, how we score in it, what we want to connect with, which allows us to be aware of our responsibility in the life story we are writing because every attitude, action has an intention and we are free to choose which one we opt for.

Celebrating life leads us to rethink the "waiting times" for happiness. It is not tomorrow or when your children grow up, when you have the house of your dreams, or the job or the ideal partner, it is now that you have life, and here fits very well the Swedish proverb "Those who want to sing always find a song", we always have a reason to be happy and celebrate, look at them is an option, what do you take?
