I keep bees and know they are very friendly when they swarm. I have also seen when bees are happy and for some reason they change fast. I wouldn't go this far in getting close to the bees. :)

You are right about planting the sprouts if the weather is so you can. The sprouts give the plants a jump start. I have sprouted beans to give then a head start when planting them.

Give it a try it only takes 3 or 4 days. If you place them in a cool place it can take a couple extra days.

They Look Good. My sister made some for me. They make a great gift.
