¡Hola, querida comunidad de #Lifestyle! Soy @norgrey y hoy me he puesto sentimental al revisar el «baúl de los recuerdos» (o mejor dicho, la galería del teléfono). Recuerdo es sinónimo de vivir, pero también puede ser un nudo en el pecho. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un viaje por diferentes etapas de mi vida. Son momentos que no cambiaría por nada, pero que al verlos me hacen preguntarme: Estoy convencido de que la respuesta a esta pregunta es muy clara: solo necesito volver a vivir mi adolescencia. Permítanme compartir con ustedes estos fragmentos de mi historia. ### 1. Estaba a mitad del bachillerato, descubriendo quién era y quién quería ser. Estábamos a punto de "salir al mundo real". En esta foto veo a alguien lleno de sueños, despidiéndose de los amigos que veía todos los días. El gimnasio se convirtió en mi terapia y en mi lugar de superación, aunque comencé como muchos solo por moda. Aquí aprendí que el cuerpo cambia, pero la mente debe fortalecerse más. Los cumpleaños me hacen reflexionar sobre el tiempo que pasa volando. Cada vela es una experiencia ganada y una lección aprendida. La playa es donde mi alma despeja y filtra ideas, descansa y entra en una atmosfera de paz y tranquilidad, mas que aire fresco respiro latidos pensamientos emociones nuevos. Si pudiera detener el tiempo, probablemente elegiría un atardecer frente al mar tu que piensas?. --- ### Reflexión final: La nostalgia de lo vivido He vivido cosas hermosas, tengo momentos que guardo como tesoros y mi presente es algo que valoro profundamente. Sin embargo, hay una espinita de nostalgia que me susurra al corazón, y lo único que se es que no se si es algo bueno o no. Creo que no quiero volver atrás porque mi vida actual sea mala, sino porque en la adolescencia el mundo se sentía infinito y las posibilidades eran mágicas me sentia imortal, se los juro! A veces solo quiero ser esa joven de las primeras fotos por un ratito más, sin tantas presiones, solo disfrutando del momento. **¿A ustedes también les pasa? ¿Hay alguna etapa de su vida que visitarían si tuvieran una máquina del tiempo?** Los leo en los comentarios. # Between Photos and Memories: Why do we long to return to where we were happy? 📸✨ Hello, dear **Gems** community! I'm @norgrey, and today I got a bit sentimental while checking my "memory chest" (or rather, my phone gallery). They say to remember is to live, but sometimes remembering is also a knot in the chest. Today I want to share with you a journey through different stages of my life. I was in the middle of high school, discovering who I was and who I wanted to be. We were about to "step into the real world." In this photo, I see someone full of dreams, saying goodbye to friends I saw every day. The gym became my therapy and my place of self-improvement. Here I learned that the body changes, but the mind must get even stronger. Birthdays make me reflect on how fast time flies. If I could stop time, I would probably choose a sunset in front of the sea. --- ### Final Reflection: The nostalgia of experience I have lived beautiful things, I have moments that I keep as treasures, and I deeply value my present. However, there is a tiny thorn of nostalgia whispering in my ear. I don't think I want to go back because my current life is bad, but because in adolescence, the world felt infinite and the possibilities were magical.
