Poesía, Muerte y Resurección: Segunda Parte.

Hoy te quiero invitar a seguir esta aventura muy personal, de como inicié formalmente en este viaje sin retorno que he titulado: "Poesía, Muerte y Resurección: Segunda parte."

Traté de retomar la poesía en Colombia. Sin embargo fué un poco imposible porque tenia que trabajar 12 horas y el poco tiempo que disponia lo dediqué a otros asuntos.

Poetry, Death and Resurrection: Part II

Today, I would like to invite you to follow this very personal adventure of how I formally started on this journey of no return that I have entitled: "Poetry, Death, and Resurrection: Part Two."

I tried to retake poetry in Colombia. However, it was a bit impossible because I had to work 12 hours and the little time I had was dedicated to other matters.

Regreso a Venezuela en el 2019 con ganas de hacer algo distinto con mi vida. Es ahí cuando decido retomar la poesía. ¡Qué mejor lugar para abordar la poesía desde la universidad? y es ahí cuando decido registrarme en la UNELLEZ, (Universidad Nacional Experiemental de los Llano Occidentales Ezequiel Zamora por sus sigals en español) en mi ciudad natal Barinas. Ahi también conocí a grandes amigos de la poesía que aún conservo.

I return to Venezuela in 2019 wanting to do something different with my life and that's when I decide to take up poetry again. What better place to approach poetry than the university that's when I decide to register at the UNELLEZ, (Universidad Nacional Experimental de Los Llano Occidentales Ezequiel Zamora for its Spanish acronym) in my hometown Barinas. There, I met great friends of poetry that I still keep.

Primer Recital de Poesía.

Fué rápido mi primer recital y lo recuerdo como si fuera ayer. Fué una actividad organizada por Vox Poupli un movimiento cultural dónde di inicio a mi oficio de poeta. Aún no tenia formación pero me atreví a expresarme delante de la juventud Barinesa y fué muy emocionante.

First Poetry Recital.

It was quickly my first recital. I remember it as if it were yesterday. It was an activity organized by Vox Populi, a cultural movement where I began my work as a poet. I still had no training but I dared to express myself in front of the youth of Barinas and it was very exciting.

Escuela en la Poesía y Maestros.

Conocí a el Poeta Jesús Trejo en el 2020 poco antes de la pandemia porque unos amigos me invitaron a un taller de formación poética que el estaba dando en el Museo de los Llanos en Barianas. Fueron 4 clases cada miercoles y cada vez me iba emocionando más y más.

School in Poetry and Mentors.

I met Poet Jesùs Trejo in 2020, shortly before the pandemic because some friends invited me to a poetry training workshop he was giving at the Museo de Los Llanos in Barianas. It was 4 classes every Wednesday and each time I was getting more and more excited.

Llega la pandemia en Marzo, y aun así continuamos nuestra formación vía online con un solo dia presencial. La pandemia fue un tiempo donde practiqué mucha poesía.

Pandemic arrives in March, and yet we continue our training via online with only one face-to-face day. Pandemic was a time when I practiced a lot of poetry.

El poeta Jesús Trejo me aconseja unirme a las poetas mujeres de Barinas con trayectoria y entonces me conecta conla Poeta Luz Marina Almarza y la poeta Doris Rojas donde una noche de vino y poesía tuve el agrado de conocerlas a ella y a su poesía, y también me leyeron y me dieron consejos y me ayudaron a trabajar mejor mis poemas, Justo ese dia estabamos celebrando el dia de la poesía. 21 de marzo de 2020.

The poet Jesús Trejo advises me to join the women poets of Barinas with trajectory. He connects me with the poet Luz Marina Almarza and the poet Dorys Huiza where one night of wine and poetry. I had the pleasure to meet them and their poetry. Also, they read to me and gave me advice, and helped me to work better on my poems. Just that day we were celebrating the day of poetry. March 21, 2020.

Antes de la pandemia, tomabamos talleres con el ilustre poeta barinés Leonardo Ruiz de gran trayectoria y esposo de la homenajeada en el mundial de poesía 2022 la Poeta Ana Maria Oviedo Palomares.

Seguí practicando todo el resto del año 2020. Más tarde, en 2021 comenzó la presentación formal de la poesía. Desde entonces he sido imparable. Os contaré el resto de la historia a través de imágenes.

Before the Pandemic, we took workshops with the illustrious poet Leonardo Ruiz from Barinas, a poet of great trajectory and husband of the honored poet Ana Maria Oviedo Palomares, who was honored at the World Poetry Festival 2022.

I kept practicing all the rest of the year 2020. Later in 2021 began the formal presentation of poetry Since then, I have been unstoppable. I will tell you the rest of the story through pictures.

El 2022 fué un año que le dió un cambio radical a mi vida désde la poesía, conocí al Poeta Willians Alberto Hernandez director genral de la ruta latinoamericana de poesía, y así me hago oficialmente la vocera de la ruta latinoamericana capitulo Barinas Municipio. Mi primera actividad como vocera fué oranizar un cine foro poetico el 5 diciembre del 2022.

The year 2022 was the year that gave a radical change to my life from poetry, I met the poet Willians Alberto Hernandez general director of the Latin American Poetry Route, and so I officially become the spokesperson of the Latin American route chapter Barinas Municipality. My first activity as spokesperson was to organize a poetic cinema forum on December 5, 2022.

El 2023 vinó con todo.

Enero del 2023 vino con todo ya que ocurrieron muchos eventos. El priemro fué: El primer encuentro de jovenes Poetas del Estado Barinas donde mas de 25 poetas del municio Barinas Y Ciudad Bolivar menores de 25 años participaron en esta actividad. Fué un evento que resonó mucho y fuismos invitados a la radio y la television regional para hablar del tema.

A2023 arrived with a bang.

January 2023 came with a lot of events. The first was: The first meeting of young poets of the state of Barinas where more than 25 poets from the municipality of Barinas and Ciudad Bolivia, all of them under 25 years participated in this activity. It was an event that resonated a lot and we were invited to the radio and regional television to talk about it.

En febrero tuve la oportunidad de ser poeta invitada para el segundo UNEARTE EXPRESA actividad que se realiza una vez al mes para recaudar fondos para la sede de la universidad donde estudio, La segunda invitación fué en la Casa Del Alba cultural. Invitacion hecha por mi maestro Jesús Trejo por el aniversario de esta institución.

In February I had the opportunity to be a guest poet for the second UNEARTE EXPRESA activity that takes place once a month to raise funds for the university where I study. The second invitation was to the Casa Del Alba Cultural. The invitation was made by my teacher Jesus Trejo for the anniversary of this institution.

That your teachers (in this case Jesús Trejo and Willians Alberto Hernandez) refer to me as a poet is priceless. This is just the beginning. Now I am looking for a way to publish my first collection of poems and that is just around the corner. Wait for this book of poems that at some point I will have the resources to acquire and I will be very happy to share with you Hiver Lovers.
