Hola amigos, buen día, Dios me los bendiga hoy quise hacer una deliciosa torta húmeda de chocolate para complacer a mi familia y compartir un rato agradable como amantes del chocolate que somos jeje. **Ingredientes a Utilizar:** • 3 tazas de harina • 3 tazas de azúcar • 2 cucharaditas de bicarbonato • 1 cucharadita de polvos de hornear • 1 pizca de sal • 1 pizca de canela en polvo • 1½ tazas de cacao en polvo • 2 cucharaditas de café • 1½ tazas de aceite • 2 tazas de leche • 2 cucharaditas de vinagre • 2 cucharaditas de esencia de vainilla • 5 huevos >**Ingredients to use:** 3 cups flour 3 cups sugar 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of cinnamon powder 1½ cups cocoa powder 2 teaspoons coffee 1½ cups oil 2 cups milk 2 teaspoons vinegar 2 teaspoons vanilla essence 5 eggs

**Proceso** Lo primero que haremos es tamizar en un envase todos los ingredientes solitos menos el azucar y lo revolvemos y en otro envase tenemos la leche batida. >**Process** The first thing we will do is to sift all the ingredients except the sugar in a container and stir it and in another container we have the whipped milk.

Batimos los huevos y el azucar unos 5 minutos, y a la leche le agregamos el aceite y 2 cucharaditas de vainilla y se lo agregamos al batido de huevo y azucar.luego vamos integrando bien poco a poco la mezcla de los solidos, batiendo en forma de circulos con una paleta. >We beat the eggs and the sugar for about 5 minutes, and to the milk we add the oil and 2 teaspoons of vanilla and we add it to the egg and sugar mixture.
