Baking thin pancakes, the most important thing is the proper consistency of the dough and a very hot pan. What could be better than a thin pancakes to eat with after the summer fragrant strawberry jam, late and leisurely Sunday breakfast?
Sizeable bowl beat the eggs in a homogenous consistency.

Add oil, flour, sugar, a pinch of salt and mix everything until a thick dough formed.

Stirring constantly, gradually add milk and water until a homogeneous, relatively liquid pancake dough without lumps. If all milk and water will be added in one go, it may happen that the undissolved flour, so it is important to pour the liquid slowly and gradually.

When the dough ready, allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

Pour into a pan and heated by oil. With a cup pour batter into one pan aside, and by modifying and moving the pan, spread out the dough over the pan. When the pancake on one side apcepusies golden, with a wide spatula baking it turned to the other side. Pancakes should be thin.

Serve hot - with cream, jam, sugar, yogurt or anything else that often comes to mind. Enjoy your meal and to a good Sunday!
