Hello everyone, dear friends, today's post I have come to share some gastronomy and of course, as the title says, it is about aubergines and tomatoes. My roommate, brought some vegetables and among them were the two already mentioned and I decided to take advantage of them to make two different dishes or presentations, as they wish to see it. But, first let's talk about these two ingredients and their properties, so let's go with the tomato, ah, I want to tell you that I will do it in three posts so that it is not so extensive in one. The Tomatoes When we know the tomato and its properties, it is more surprising to us. It is a food with favorable characteristics for our body and that has its origin somewhere in America between Chile and Mexico, which thanks to its 35,000 genes, 7,000 more than humans, allowed it to adapt to different geographical conditions. The tomato has few calories, for every 100 grams it only contains 18, largely because its composition is mostly water, it contains simple sugars and organic acids that give it its characteristic appetizing flavor and helps digestion not so much because of its pulp, but for the seeds and their skin. In turn, it is rich in vitamins E, C and A, also in beta-carotene, so much so that 200gr of tomato are enough to cover 13% of vitamin E, 20% of vitamin A and 80% of vitamin C, which help to the prevention of tissue aging and the strengthening of the immune system, it also contains B vitamins, such as B1 and B6, which are responsible for the absorption of energy from food for cells and are beneficiaries of the nervous system. Among other reasons to add it to the diet, it is its amount of minerals, among them, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron. Its frequent consumption also helps to protect against coronary heart disease, diabetes, blindness, deafness and Alzheimer's, all diseases related to premature aging. Its lycopene content, which is an excellent antioxidant, collaborates in the prevention of different types of cancer, such as cancer of the stomach, lung, intestine, prostate, kidneys and various organs, in addition to strengthening the bone system. Hola a todos queridos amigos, el post de hoy vengo a compartir algo de gastronomía y por supuesto, como lo dice el título, es sobre berenjenas y tomates. Mi roommate o compañero de piso, trajo unas hortalizas y entre ellas se encontraba las dos ya mencionadas y me propuse a aprovecharlas para elaborar dos platillos diferentes o presentaciones, como deseen verlo. Pero, primero hablemos de estos dos ingredientes y sus propiedades, así que vamos con el tomate, ah, les quiero decir que lo haré en tres post para que no sea tan extenso en uno. El Tomate Cuando conócenos al tomate y sus propiedades, más sorprendente nos resulta. Se trata de un alimento con característica favorables para nuestro organismo y que tiene su origen en el algún lugar de América entre Chile y México, el cual gracias a sus 35.000 genes, 7.000 más que el ser humano, le permitió adaptarse a diferentes condiciones geográficas. El tomate posee pocas calorías, por cada 100 gramos solo contiene 18, en gran medida porque su composición en mayoría es de agua, contiene azúcares simples y ácidos orgánicos que le dan su característico sabor apetecible y ayuda a la digestión no tanto por su pulpa, sino por las semillas y su piel. A su vez es rico en vitaminas E, C y A, también en betacaroteno, tal es así que 200gr de tomate son suficientes para cubrir 13% de vitamina E, 20% de vitamina A y el 80% de vitamina C, las cuales ayudan a la prevención del envejecimiento de los tejidos y al fortalecimiento del sistema inmunológico, también contiene vitaminas del grupo B, como lo son las B1 y B6 que son responsables de la absorción de la energía de los alimentos para las células y son beneficiarios del sistema nervioso. Entre otras razones para agregarlo a la dieta, es su cantidad de minerales, entre ellos, el potasio, el magnesio, el fósforo y el hierro. Su consumo frecuente ayuda también a protegerse de enfermedades coronarias, la diabetes, la ceguera, sordera y el Alzheimer, todas enfermedades con relación al envejecimiento prematuro. Su contenido en licopeno, que es un excelente antioxidante, colabora en la prevención de diferentes tipos de cáncer, como lo son el cáncer de estómago, pulmón, intestino, próstata, riñones y varios órganos, además de fortalecer el sistema óseo. Y así fácilmente podría estar un buen rato enumerando todas sus propiedades, que impresionante los frutos que da la naturaleza. Continuamos en el siguiente post
