Yes I agree. Meditating at the start of the day isn't that easy. I can't do it myself either, but I'm trying to do so once my schedule is more regular than now.

I'm so pro index funds as well. When someone asks me what they should buy, I always say buy a low cost index fund. Might refer them to this article in the future!

I agree. Doing the same right now, investing it in a low cost index fund, now waiting to let it compound. It's so simple, but efficient. People sometimes overcomplicate investing in the stock market.
