That really looks good, definitely one-up from my usual ramen (hey, at least I get the non-pleb type, spicy). A well-seasoned aglio &olio is amazing, especially if the cook actually makes it al dente,

Thanks for the kind words! I mused about making it a mini-series post but multi-part really doesn't go well with it's easy, you can do it! I think I struck a fair balance between simplicity and thoroughness.
