To the people who believe these "self-help" American trends: Please don't be naive. In evolutionary biology there is a rule named "Bateman's Principle". It says that, in every species where there is a difference between the two sexes, there will be a difference in the sexual reproductive capability of the two. In our case, the male can have millions of fertile sexual cells and with enough females available, could potentially have even up to few babies a day! The female instead, if lucky, could have maximum 2-3 twins at a time. Most likey will have just 1 baby and she can be fertile only in certain days of the month. If this was not enought, you have to take in account that when a female is pregnant, she can not be pregnant again for 9+ months untill the previous baby is born. This difference in sexual reproductive power is necessary in order to have a functioning sexual selection, i.e. since the female has less resources and a lot to lose, she will be very picky in selecting a partner, hopefully having sex and reproducting only with the best(s) she can find. I explained this only to make you understand that male body is meant to have an indiscriminate sexual reproductive power and to ejaculate more or less daily. If you don't do that, your body will change your hormones in order to make you more (sexually) aggressive. If you do not ejaculate even in this way, it will buteforcefully make you ejaculate in your sleep because it is necessary in order to mantain a proper genital health. Consider also that sperms get old and low functional very fast. If you do not ejaculate on a daily/weekly basis you can very easily get a prostatitis or something that in jargon is called "the seminarian's colics", i.e. an inflammation in your seminal vesicles that get too full of sperm and get aching. It happens more often to church men than to laics. So, if you have a porn problem, deal with the porn problem. If you have a masturbation problem as a compulsion, deal with the compulsion. But don't try to overclock your testosterone by not using your genitals. A healthy teen should ejaculate at least once a week, not to say everyday.
