Yes - golden turtle on ossington is what I would recommend, love the broth there and so does Susur Lee. Another one is Pho Orchid on chestnut, love the authenticity of it.

This is one of my go to Pho places too. And, so nice to meet another Torontonian here @jackieobermeyer !!
