Wouldn't you like a plate of potato salad and Fruity Splash for Lunch?

it's quite crazy am sharing this right now, i had to because this is not my regular duirnal routine, to cook my meal myself: i rarely got budgeted time so, i order my meal from one of those eatries on my block whenever i get a hunger buzz.

i was running out of time on a web project for a client, and discovered i was getting distracted because the enzymes in my system were revolting and screaming 'give us some food crazy workaholic' so, i decided to sleep my pc and walk over to the kitchen to grab a quickie!!! nothing healthy was in my refrigerator: i thought of making an online order for fries, chicken and a bottle of coke, but i shut the thought down when i saw some fresh potatos laying in my cupboard.

Can't remember when last i cooked a real healthy meal: so, i made up my mind i was going to prepare some potatoe salad and a cup of fruity splash. That decision meant i had to take a walk to the grocery store. oouch!!! This whole cooking stunt was driving me nuts already.

too late!!! decision made already...walked to store: and fellas, checkout my shopping list for the Potato Salad and Fruity Splash.

Potatoe Salad:

- Carrots

- lettuce

- cabbage

-Tomatoe

-pepper

-Spice( cinanmon, curry, black pepper)

-Magerine

-uhhhhhm!!!!! what else did i get?

yup.....green pea

and

Ketchup.

Fruity Splash:

Fruits: apples, water melon, carrot, coconut, English pea, Lime, pineapple,

Base: Vanilla ice cream.

i spent like an hour 30 minutes shopping: i was exhausted already, but had this thrilling feeling i was going to cook this special delicacy.
