Shortly after I graduated from high school I started to work as a model. The fashion industry is lucrative you would say? Yes. But how long does the prime time last? (little hint: 4 years.)

In January 2012 I moved to London and started to enjoy the shiniest moment of my life. My daily routine was running from casting to casting, date models and partying with prominent people. It’s quite a cliche, I know. Please don’t get me wrong. It was a wonderful time! Unfortunately time brings change. The years pass and naturally my body matured. Most men got this little specific accompanied disadvantage. At a certain point in my life my limbs and shoulders grew, in addition the hair roots weakened and my hair started to fell out like leaves during autumn. I felt like being squeezed out like an almost empty toothpaste and putting even the last bit of creme onto their* brushes. And shortly after I was finally split out like cold coffee. I quit modeling.

There I was with so many questions.

Questions often unanswered. The majority mostly never came up or too late. No education, no life plan and no future. Working for minimum wage again, sleeping till 2 pm and spending nights playing computer games. Actually things had to change and there things did change indeed.

@TimSaid, the guy who saved me. My Brother and role model. He brought back my passion and my scope. Tim taught me that giving up is not an option at an circumstances. Even when trusting in yourself is hard sometimes due to failure. Just saying ‚I’m stupid for this and that’ is nothing more than a bad excuse for beeing lazy. It indicates the lack of motivation and self-esteem. Moreover giving up is a decision each of us makes when not making any decision. The are only two question I really need ask myself every morning when getting out of bed:

What is my plan?

How can I achieve it?
