1. Hit the gym

It must be obvious but this is the part most of us skip, physical activity is going to keep your body in shape, correct your posture, increase your testosterone levels, clear your skin, boost your confidence and so many other benefits you will feel once you get to it.
with the modern way of life we spend most of our time at rest. time to make your blood flow and your hearth rate go up like the beast you are supposed to be.

2. Read a lot !

Sport and physical activity are only 50% of the work. if you want to be healthy you have to keep an eye on your diet. Don't give your body rewards he doesn't deserve (same rule applies for porn), if you didn't run those miles there's no way you can eat all that sugar !
Keep yourself informed about nutrition, drink a lot of water and you're gonna watch your body transform into your better self.

4. Body Language

Body language is universal, subtle, and subconscious. That's why you should master your body language more than your words.

Take space with your body, don't be afraid of stepping into someone else's space.
Fix you posture => Sport.
Don't forget eye contact.
