Today I want to show at the same time easy and quick recipe for making donuts.

Fragrant donuts, with a slightly crispy crust, soft inside and attractive from the outside - a favorite dessert of many of us. Especially kids love donuts. Doughnuts can be given any shape and decorate with different fillings can be what you like.

RECIPE HOMEMADE DONUTS:

INGREDIENTS:

Dry yeast - 2 tsp.

Flour - 350 g

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.

Salt - a pinch

Eggs - 1 pc.

Milk - 20 ml

Vegetable oil - for frying

COOKING METHOD:

Gently heat the milk and put the yeast and mix. Add a few tablespoons of flour, 1 spoonful of sugar and let stand in a warm place for about an hour.

Then add the flour, sugar, salt, eggs, vegetable oil and mix. The dough should have uncool. Cover the dough cotton towel and leave for another half an hour in a warm place.

After the dough has increased in volume, it is necessary once again to knead. Dough donuts form the traditional form.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom and high sides, put the donuts fried meals. Fry until light golden brown on both sides.

We spread the donut on a napkin, so that excess oil absorbed. We shift donuts on a dish and smeared with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with nuts. You can also select any other toppings which you enjoy.
