I found an awesome way for myself to get in the groove daily. I started a high fat diet with low carbs in hopes to change by bodies insulin sensitivity. Most people know this type of diet as a keto diet.

I did not expect this result of which I am proud. This is my first time shooting the stars. Cannon T6i novice. Same stars for 1000s of years. The sky is spinning, but I’m not.
