RE: Radish Painting Acrylic on Canvas
Good for you. We all have latent abilities that our busy working lives make it hard to develop. Many of us find new interests and skills in retirement, keeping us socially, mentally and physically active.

RE: Keto: Not Just Another Fad
IMO it's not what food you eat but the additives in it that cause health problems. So long as you have a balanced and varied range of food, preferably organic, you should stay healthy. I have lived long

RE: The Beauty in Quietness
Yes it's important to just be quiet occasionally. People need to acquire listening skills to truly understand others. You need to give others your full attention, not just be waiting for the chance to

Guess what - all food is good for you! There have been many 'health food fads' over the years, but if you have a wide diet including fresh fruit and veg you will be getting enough of everything to maintain

Good advice. It's easy to fall into habits like clenching your fists all the time - something I am now aware of, and I have to make a conscious effort to relax my hands. Because it's not just about how

It seems there are solutions to all problems these days - it just needs the will - and the cash - to do it. What we are able to do, and what we are prepared to do, don't always match.
