Hello, today I am going to share a little of what my lunch has been, the truth was I was weird but I didnt want to eat something very simple either because it really affects my emotions it may sound silly but even what I eat and the way I eat it, it can affect my day, because it is the emotions and the feeling that you put into what you do.

Hola, hoy les voy a compartir un poco de lo que ha sido mi almuerzo, la verdad estaba sin ideas pero tampoco quería comer algo muy simple porque realmente afecta mis emociones puede sonar tonto pero incluso lo que como y de la forma en que lo como puede afectar mi día, porque son las emociones y el sentimiento que le pones a lo que haces.

I decided to eat chicken because I hadn't eaten it for days, so I took a chicken breast and seasoned it a little, with salt, pepper and a little siracha. I also took the opportunity to cut some cherries and put them in the pan along with the chicken, I took this to brown until it was the way I wanted it.

Decidí comer pollo porque tenía días sin comerlo, entonces tome un pechuga de pollo y la aderecé un poco, con sal, pimienta y un poco de siracha. También aproveché para cortar unos cherries y ponerlos en la sartén junto con el pollo, llevé esto a dorar hasta que estuvo como yo lo quería.

I decided to make a sauce for this chicken, I put some onions cut into strips in the pan, I also added some spinach leaves, I added a little cream and when the sauce was ready I added the chicken breast so that it absorbs the flavor for a while, few minutes only.

Decidí hacer una salsa para este pollo, puse unas cebollas cortadas en tiras en la sartén, también agregué algunas hojas de espinaca, agregué un poco de crema de leche y cuando estaba la salsa añadí la pechuga de pollo para que esta absorbiera el sabor por un par de minutos.

I felt that I prepared this meal quickly, and it made me feel good to prepare it, it gives me energy and besides that it was tasty, so it was worth it.

Sentí que preparé esta comida rápido, y me hizo sentir bien prepararla, me da animo y además de que estaba rica, así que valió la pena.
