One thing about living in the Pacific Northwest is that you never really have a shortage of precipitation! The day dawned grey and wet. I could hear the sound of the cars tires in the watery roadway as they went by the clinic, and I would look up surprised at how much and how hard it was raining! Too bad I don’t have a fireplace at work, lol! I would have enjoyed that.
I got a lot done at work today, and tomorrow is Friday, so I’m looking forward to the end of the day tonight! That’s almost warped, lol!
It was a forgone conclusion that the rain would nix the country roads hike tonight. Fingers and toes crossed that we can get out tomorrow night after work as I’m seriously needing it.
That’s pretty much all I have for today.
This fungus has lived on this tree stump for more than a year. During the summer, it didn't look so good as we were in a bit of a drought. However it is coming back beautifully. This pic was taken a few days ago when it wasn't raining!
