Photo taken a few days ago when I went cherry picking. Today, I made it back into the gym and focused on cardio, as I'm going to do for the next few days.
This involved 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the rowing machine, and a 7.5km cycle in just under 20 minutes. Nothing incredibly strenuous, as it's been quite some time since I was in the gym.
I am going to remain injury free this time round. Not giving myself a choice!
