What I absolutely love about living in Italy is that one gets awesome sunny days quite often 😊. Whenever this happens, I take the chance to go for a walk to breathe some fresh air as well as get in contact with nature. Today I discovered a quite nice park nearby that was looking radiant on this formidable day. I was quite surprised there was no one else around to enjoy this nice day so I decided to get a quick workout. Honestly, I do not need much equipment to train since I like body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and pull-ups. Although we are in February, it was quite warm and I wanted to get some nice sunlight vitamin D 😎
After the workout, I went back home and I had a warm peanut butter, apple-cinnamon chia seeds, almonds oatmeal to recover. I am a huge oatmeal fan and I feel like it powers me up. This was the best way to start the weekend I could ever have. How does your weekend ahead look like? 🙆
