For this salted cake you need:
Roasted red pepper
Flour
Eggs
Bread crumb
Sour cream
Mayonnaise
Hard cheese (gouda, trapist, edamer ... any)

Clean the red roasted peppers and fry them classically in oil as you fry Viennese steaks. First in flour, then in eggs, then in bread crumbs. Fry in oil in a pan.
When the fried peppers have cooled in a deeper bowl, add a row of roasted peppers, sour cream, grated hard cheese, hum and mayonnaise.
So until all the ingredients are used up, the hard cheese goes from above.
You can serve this salty cake as a side dish to roasted meat, and there are those who like to eat it themselves.

Pecena crvena paprika
Brasno
Jaja
Prezla
Pavlaka
Majonez
Tvrdi sir(gauda, trapist,edamer...bilo koji)

Crvenu pecenu papriku ocistite i pohujte je klasicno na ulju kako pohujete becke snicle. Prvo u brasno, zatim u jaja, pa u prezlu. Pecite na ulju u tavi.
Kad se pohovane paprike ohlade u dublju posudu sarate red pecene paprike, pavlaka, rendani tvrdi sir, sunkarica i majonez.
Tako redom dok sve sastojke ne potrosite, od gore ide tvrdi sir.
Ovu slanu tortu mozete sluziti kao prilog pecenom mesu, a ima ko je voli i samu jesti.
