These baked chocolate chip donuts were so amazing that I almost didn’t put a glaze on them. But i thought the only thing that could improve this recipe is more chocolate. If you are looking for a simple chocolate glaze recipe, this is great on donuts, cookies, baked breads and more.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons half & half or milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup powdered sugar
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, be sure to stir well until all the ingredients form a smooth paste-like texture.
- Dunk each donut briefly in the glaze and allow to set for 10 minutes before indulging.
