For malai icecream you need-
Fresh malai(cream)
Milk
Custard
Sugar
Cherry
Dry fruits
Roohafza
Vanilla essence
How to make-
Boil milk with custard and sugar.
Boil until quantity becomes half.
After boiling let it cool down for sometime and then freeze it partially.
After that add malai in this partially freezed icecream and then whisk it partially.
Then freeze this mixture till it geta hard.
After freezing take a bowl.
Put icecream in bowl and add cherry,dryfruits and some roohafza.
