Another animated gif for my library of body weight movements. Obviously we need to train both sides of our body, this gif is probably moving a little too fast, I may work on it some more later.
What I love about body weight training is that it is functional, that means that it translates really well into sports or even totally random movements. Training in a way that demands balance, not only requires focus, it gets more of my muscles firing and working together.
Basic movements still need to be done with maximum body awareness to grow the highest quality neural pathways. This I am hoping will allow me to move onto more complex, powerful and interesting ways to play.
