This is quite possibly my favorite thing to do. No, not arson. Frying turkeys. My wife volunteered me to fry turkeys for her party at work. So here I am. Everyone always freaks out that I am going to catch everything on fire like some bad youtube video. Nope I am a professional fire bug. Here is the start. 3 delicious thawed and dried turkeys. That is the key. Any ice or water is what makes the grease blow up.
Then you set him up and have a stern talking to with him about how you have high expectations for him
Notice the elbow high kevlar gloves. No burns for me.

Next up is the fryer
At 3 minutes per pound at 350 degrees F you have a yummy fried turkey. Or 3 in this case. Next up is cutting it all up and separation the white and dark meat. Boom Merica baby!
