This is one of my favorite smoothie ever, i'd like to mix my smoothie with two flavour and enjoy it in these days. Of course i'm the one who loves simple and delicious quick recipes and this one takes just 10 minutes and voila.
Strawberry Mango Smoothie
Prep time: 10 mins
Yield: 2 persons
Ingredients:
For Mango Smoothie:
2 Fruits sweet mangoes
(if not sweet + 1 tablespoon honey or sugar)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoon water
For Strawberry Smoothie:
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
The way:
Start with the first layer the mango layer: peel of the mango and cut it into dices, it is better to freeze it for one hour to get it cold. Place all the ingredients of mango smoothie in a blender, the mangoes, honey, greek yogurt and water. Blend until you have a smooth and juicy mango.
Fill a half of serving cups or smoothies cup with the mango smoothie.
In blender blend all the strawberries smoothie ingredients until all well combine and you have a smooth strawberries smoothie.
Gently pour the strawberries smoothie above the half cup of mango smoothie.
Enjoy!
