This is the other word for Bistek Tagalog.
The procedure are almost the same with Adobo.
The difference are, I used pork chop, add lemon juice and onion rings on the top. You can use any part of the pork there’s no big deal just sliced it properly to cook it well. Every time I buy a pork chop, I separate the skin and fats then fried it. Actually what I really love in this dish is with lots of white onions plus the sauciness!!! So yummy!!!
You can consume 2 to 3 cups of rice especially when its lunch time .
This is also simple and easy to cook, So let’s get started!!!
Ingredients
4 to 5 pcs pork chops
2 pcs white onion chopped and sliced
5 cloves garlic chopped
6 tablespoon soy sauce
½ lemon or 3 pcs kalamansi
½ cup cooking oil
1 ½ cups water
2 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
InstructionsHeat the pan and pour-in cooking oil, Sauté garlic and onion for 1 minute
Add pork chop, soy sauce, pepper and water.
Simmer for 30 to 45 mins or until the pork is tender. Note: Add more water if you want it saucier and add soy sauce for more taste.
Separate the sauce in a bowl, add the lemon juice, sugar and oyster sauce. Mix then set aside.
