Steak tartaar

Not everybody likes raw meat. But I love it! I don't like a steak when it is cooked, I want it chopped up in fine little bits with some onions, capers, sour onions, pepper and salt. It doesn't need much more than that. you could add an egg yolk, Tabasco, or whatever you like to be honest!
