Do you have a sweet tooth? I am familiar with some people around me who are crazy bananas after sweet bakery items than savoury items like me. I like savoury food items than sweet ones because I feel so heavy after eating sweet dishes._ Well, everyone is different but I witness many people are fond of sweets.
I prepared ButterScotch Pudding for a family who was coming over to our place as we invited them on dinner. I wanted to add a little twist in sweet dish which they have never eaten before. You can see the below image that how it was turned so well...
This dish is heavenly good for those who got sweet tooth naturally. They will fall in love with this dish eventually if they taste for once. My hubby liked this too much as well though he is not fond of sweet dishes.
ButterScotch Pudding
ButterScotch Pudding as the name suggests is having a buttery texture same like ButterScotch toffee if you ever tasted. I still remember that this named toffee always attracted me to its butter texture. It was like you lost in heaven if you put in your mouth and stay like this for a while.
Let's get started with recipe:

Parline:

| Mixed Dry Fruits | 1 Cup | |
| Butter | 1 tbsp | |
| Sugar | 1/3rd Cup |
Caramel:
| Name | Quantity | |

| Sugar | 1/4th Cup | |
| Butter | 1tbsp | |
| Fresh Cream | 4tbsp | |
| Milk | 4tbsp |
Caramel Whipped Cream:

|---|---|---|
| Chilled Whipping Cream | 1 & 1/2 Cup | |
| Vanilla Essense | few drops |
💫 Method:
- Take a non stick pan, dry roast dry fruits for a minute and keep aside
- In the same pan, add sugar and let it caramelise first then add butter and roasted nuts then mix well
- Pour this mixture onto the greased surface, let it cool first then make tiny chunks of it and keep aside
- Prepare caramel, add sugar into pan and let it caramelise first then add butter and fresh cream, mix them well
- Take half of its sauce separately first, now add milk into the rest of the mixture and keep aside
- Now prepare whipped caramel, add chilled whipping cream into a bowl and beat until soft peaks
- Add vanilla Essenes and caramel sauce, mix well and keep aside
- Now take a dish of flat surface, pour some caramel sauce and spread, now add bread slices, praline, and whipped cream one by one
- Assemble the whole material in the same way then refrigerate the dish for few hours to set a bit
